Tintwistle Band are very happy that Laura Harrison has joined the percussion team as well as Harvey Harrison who has joined the backrow cornet section.
Tintwistle Band are still looking for players to join the team, in particularly Soprano Cornet and Solo Cornet and also a second Euphonium.

Tintwistle Band will be entering the Midlands area Brass Band Championships on the 15th March 2026.
Rehearsals are now in their final stages and are progressing very well. The set test piece for the Second Section is "20,000 Leagues Under The Sea" composer Philip Harper, and is a Tribute to Jules Verne.
It is a tricky piece and will be a good test for all bands.
Our Dinner Dance and Awards evening was once again a great success.
