Tintwistle is a small village in the NW of Derbyshire and has
been the home of Tintwistle Band for over 140 years.



Tintwistle Band are happy to announce that they achieved a very creditable 5th place out of 14 at the Midland Regional Contest in Corby.
We retain our place in the National gradings as a Second Section Band.
The band are indebted to our Musical Director Jim Henson who put in a lot of hard work to prepare the band for our performance
